What with all the big name additions recruited by Warner for Batman v Superman, it’s easy to forget that several of the supporting players from Man Of Steel will be reappearing, including Amy Adams’ Lois Lane.
And while Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck might be heading up the film as the titular superheroes, Adams explains that Lois remains a significant piece in the puzzle…
“Lois is still sort of like the key to the information, you know?” says Adams to Collider (opens in new tab). “She’s the girl going out and getting it and figuring it out and putting it together and all of that.”
“So she’s very much involved,” continues the star, “but I kind of leave the heavy lifting to the boys, you know? So to speak.”
And speaking of those boys, Adams is extremely complimentary regarding cinema’s most musclebound double-act…
They’re awesome together,” says Adams. “It’s kind of like this big fest of muscles … it was really kind of nice. And then you add Jason Momoa and Gal Gadot and I felt very short.”
Directed by Zack Snyder and co-starring Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons and Diane Lane, Batman v Superman will open in the US and UK on 25 March 2016.
