You won’t have to wait too much longer before you’re Out of Time. Dontnod Entertainment has announced that Life is Strange (opens in new tab) Episode 2 will release on March 24 across PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
That means it will release just over seven weeks after the first first episode, Chrysalis. If you already played it, you know the first chunk of the series is mostly spent setting up a bunch of plot threads without getting around to too much resolution for any of them – and it also establishes the main character’s mysterious ability to rewind time.
Don’t expect all those threads to be neatly tied up by the end of the episode (there are going to be three more of them, after all) but the concept art above does make it look like things are about to get even more serious for Max’s time powers. Look, I know walking along railroad tracks is a time-honored adolescent tradition, but rewinding time whenever you’re about to get hit by a train is just irresponsible.
