Vita cult classic Gravity Rush isn’t just getting a PS4 update, it’s also getting a brand new entry on Sony’s console. Gravity Rush 2 looks to follow the further adventures of Kat, a woman who can ignore and manipulate gravity as she pleases, and a trailer shown at Sony’s press conference during Paris Games Week revealed a whole array of new powers she’ll get to mess with.
Each of Kat’s powers are referred to by the game as ‘styles’, and two styles were revealed today. Lunar Style lowers the gravity around her, making her super fast and nimble, while Jupiter Style increases the gravity, thus making her heavy and smashy.
In addition to these new powers, Kat will also be able to tag-team enemies and massive bosses with an AI controlled partner.
Gravity Rush 2 should be hitting PS4 some time in 2016, while you’ll be able to catch up with the first entry in Gravity Rush Remastered on February 9th, 2016.
